Did you hear that? Zillow is shutting down their iBuyer program because major losses were caused by Zestimate which is based on an algorithm.

Did you know? Or @zillow, Zestimate loss in gross terms of more than $80,000 per house, according to

MarketWatch.

Let’s talk about Zestimate. I find out that buyers get really caught up in what a Zestimate might be and are they overpaying or are they getting a steal? It does not in any way replace a comparative market analysis from an actual real estate agent or broker.
